What is Financial Hardship Suspension + how to apply?
Financial Hardship Suspension (FHS) is a 12-month policy suspension that allows eligible members who are experiencing temporary financial difficulties to put their policy on hold. During a period of FHS, a member:

- Does not have to re-serve waiting periods upon resumption.
If you have been with us for more than 12 months, you may be eligible to suspend your policy. To find out more, please call us on 133 423 or chat to us online.
