Getting your pack
Option 1: Get your pack delivered
Sit back, relax, and get your participant pack delivered direct to your door.
Delivery costs:
- Individual pack: $12
- Multi-pack (2-10 participants): $16
Gather your mates and register together to save on the delivery fee. If you get 10 mates that's only $1.60 each!
Please note: The multi-pack option is only available when all participants are registered in the one transaction. Individuals cannot be added after the registration has been completed.

Option 2: Collect your pack
This year, participant pack collection is moving to the Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre (PCEC), right in the heart of the CBD. With its central location, you’ll enjoy better access, convenient public transport options, and a smoother experience overall. If you choose to drive, check-out the car park rates on the Convention Centre website. Or, plan your journey with Transperth JourneyPlanner.
When you collect your pack, you’ll receive:
- Your race bib with an inbuilt timing chip
- Your official HBF Run for a Reason t-shirt^
Pack collection times:
- Thursday 22 May, 10am - 7pm
- Friday 23 May, 8am - 7pm
- Saturday 24 May, 8am – 1pm
Don’t forget to bring a printed or digital copy of your e-ticket, which you'll receive the week before the event. If you’re picking up a pack for someone else, make sure to have their e-ticket as well.
Please note: It’s not possible to collect your pack on event day. Therefore, if you’re unable to attend the above pack collection dates, we recommend opting to get your pack delivered instead.
