How do I know if I'm eligible?

Programs labelled "Healthy Living Programs" are available on Extras cover.

Programs labelled "Health Support Programs" are available on Hospital cover.

Programs and services labelled "Pharmacy" are available to all HBF members regardless of level of cover held.

Some programs and services may be excluded from your level of cover and have other eligibility requirements. Call us for more information.
