HealthShare supplies HBF Provider Search data, including provider names, practice locations and specialities, to help our members find potential providers. The HBF Provider Search tool also shows if a provider has entered into an agreement with us. These are known as Member Plus, Full Cover and Access Gap Cover providers. These participating providers help members to minimise out-of-pocket costs associated with receiving treatment.

Not every provider identified in the search will be an approved provider and some providers who hold agreements with us have requested to be excluded from the HBF Provider Search tool.
